General Information

The reception is opened 24 hours per day

We offer general information, car hire, excursion tickets, discount tickets to theme parks etc…

  • Check-in is from 16:00 hrs and Check-out until 11:00 hrs.

If you need anything in your apartment, something´s missing or needs to be repaired please let the reception know as soon as possible.

Your room will be cleaned between 10:00 and 15:00 hrs

When you have the “Do not disturb” sign up, your apartment will not be cleaned that day until the following cleaning day according to the category apartment.

  • The technician and maintenance services are carried out daily from 08:00 hrs until 15:00 hrs.

The swimming pool is opened from 9:00 hrs until 18:00 hrs

We ask all our guests to respect the rules of the pool area:

  • The sun beds are NOT permitted to reserve; if there are any reserved sun beds and you are not in the pool area the towels will be removed to let other guests occupy them.
  • We insist that it’s not allowed to bring own food and drink to the pool area, or the terrace and lounge area and glass is NOT allowed.

1. Find the WiFi network:
– On your mobile device, tablet, or laptop, open your WiFi or network settings.
– Look for and select the network named Maracaibo.

2. Follow the instructions
– Once connected, a start page will automatically open.
– Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.
